This will be an ACF sanctioned practical exam. To download an application form, click here.
Information for Competitors:
This will be an ACF sanctioned culinary competition and medals will be awarded. The decision of the judges will be final.

- SKC 1 - 9 & 11
- SP 1 - 2
- SKS 1C

Competition Fees
Individual Competition - Professional- ACF Professional Members $110 per individual
- Non-Members $125 per individual
- Students no charge
Registrations must be received and paid for by September 18, 2026.
